Looking at a 9-3 record (maybe) for UM. No Big10 title. Last Big 10 Championship for UM was a shared title with Iowa in 2004. Last outright title was 2003. Since 2004, these teams have either won outright or shared a Big10 Championship: OSU (6), MSU (3), Wisconsin (3), and PSU (3). Michigan zero since 2004.
As I was trying to explain to doug the other day, the Wolverines have not been a National football powerhouse (or a Big 10 powerhouse) for almost two decades. It isn't really Harbaugh's fault. Recruits don't see Michigan as a high choice when selecting a school.
