I have stated before that the Zaza/Kawhi situation was organic and was not a dirty play. I’ve seen it again since and still uphold that position

However that Westbrook play is utter bullshit. Zaza needs to get suspended for that. That is as blatant as it comes. That’s horrible.

But, do you guys know what it is like to be competing with a bunch of gazelles when you are an elephant?

I have had to guard guys far more athletic than me, and sometimes it looks pretty bad. You do what you can to stay in guarding position, but it is pretty easy to get off balance and out of control. Zaza is a clumsy oaf who plays hard and plays against the greatest athletes in the world.

It is crazy how these plays get dissected nowadays. 20 years ago this play wouldn't even be mentioned.

I have had to guard guys far more athletic than me, and sometimes it looks pretty bad. You do what you can to stay in guarding position, but it is pretty easy to get off balance and out of control. Zaza is a clumsy oaf who plays hard and plays against the greatest athletes in the world.

It is crazy how these plays get dissected nowadays. 20 years ago this play wouldn't even be mentioned.

Yeah, I didn't see the play, but things always look far worse when you have a clumsy unathletic player going against a very athletic player.

Having said that, there are and always have been a few unathletic guys that make it to the NBA and they tend to get mixed up in ugly plays. But it does seem like Zaza is involved in more than his fair share.

So he claims in the article the Cavs were in "panic mode" when they traded him. I call BULLSHIT on that. The Cavs made all those moves & became a better team. Can't wait to see what excuses he has when he doesn't get the big contract he thinks he deserves this summer.
