Obviously, he's nowhere near the hot seat.

But, he has 14 techs and 16 costs you a game.

I don't think the Warriors can afford to have one of those games be against a Team like the Rockets in the WCF.

As we've seen in the past, one game can turn a series.

Honestly, I think Dray is right about the league needing to revamp the refs - probably add new processes to help clean up the number of BAD calls - at the very least the very obvious ones. But, given his record I don't think the message is well received when coming from Dray.

That's why they are having so many problems.

So do they also have a process where they revisit the rules of the game? Because there are far too many times when obvious calls are missed - or called incorrectly that have affected the end results of games (and I'm not only talking about Warrior games). There's definitely a problem - and I think it's what has been causing the players to lash out.
