I think Love is getting a bad rap. Before IT came back, he was having a great season as the 2nd option behind Lebron. He was averaging 20 points and 10 rebounds, shooting 50% from the field, 40% from 3 and has the 2nd highest efficiency rating on the Cavs.

Things started going a little south when IT started playing because he's back to being the 3rd option and getting inconsistent touches.

In the Lakers offense, with Lonzo running things, I think he'd fit in real well. The Lakers could definitely use his 3 point shooting and rebounding.

I'm not suggesting the Lakers should go after him. But they could and have done a hell of a lot worse than Kevin Love.

And he played at UCLA so he's familiar with Los Angeles.

But, we'd be limited to 1 max guy in the summer.......PG and Love plus Ball, Ingram.....Not too bad.

There's a lot to like about Randle. Dude is high energy, plays with an edge and for a PF...is very quick, fast and handles the ball well.

His biggest problems are that he sometimes plays out of control and he is undersized. So, his speed and quickness advantages that he has over other PF's are offset by the fact that he can be overpowered by bigger PF's.

Imo, he's at his absolute best playing the 5 in small ball lineup.

You just need to get a goon / rugged backup like Baynes.

I'd probably go 2 for 1 over maxing DJ even if he fits the bill.

Cousins is the only Center out there worth full max.
