Fizdale been a coach for just over a year. He won 43 games in year 1 and was struggling before he got fired in year 2.

Point is acting like Fiz is a better coach than Luke is just crazy because Luke never had a roster with players like Conley and Gasol. I'm sure if Luke coached that team last year then the result is very similar to what Fiz did.
