Substitution pattern as a new coach doesn't bother me. Spo had that issue for at least 5 years. Probably more.

But yeah it is a shit roster at the moment that really isn't capable than winning between 28-32 games until they make the necessary improvements.

Hard to even judge a coach at this point until he get more talent.
