He's not a shooter, which both Teams need.

But, he's another ball handler that gets buckets.

He posts numbers on bad teams, but he is a losing player. He is a selfish, ball dominant scorer. Take him off the Grizzlies and they improve overnight. He single handedly ruins offensive flow.
