Hopefully this is similar to last season where the team started to pick up steam in late December/early January.

At least this time the Heat have a decent record (13-13).

Yep we're way ahead of last year pace but I'm also not expecting to go 30-11 in the 2nd half this time around. Didn't win game 13 til game 43 last year

To balance out that great run the Heat had last year maybe they will have an 11-30 stretch.:heh:

Wow. Pretty realistic prediction. I like it!

Do Liangelo and LaMelo both start alongside Lonzo?

Yeah Lavar pays Liangelo and LaMelo big bucks to come to the NBA from overseas and they form the worst trio in NBA history lol

Yes, and Lavar will be the owner, coach and GM. His Chino Hills Big Ballers will also be the first team in NBA history to walk off the floor during a game over a dispute with the refs.

Don't forget when Lavar becomes owner/coach/GM he'll replace Magic, KAJ & Worthy's retired jerseys w/ Lonzo, LiAngelo & LiMelo's jerseys.

So how soon before the Lakers put a statue of Lavar up in front of the Staples Center?

Lavars list of all time greats:

1. Lonzo, LiAngelo, LaMelo, Lavar

2. No one else is a big baller.

Hopefully he'll be in Lithuania with Gelo and Melo. That'll keep him away. lol

Lavar will find a way to fuck this up. I feel sorry for his 2 younger sons.

I do too. I get doing what he did initially. If he had known when to take a step back, he ends up with 3 sons who all got to play basketball on scholarship at UCLA and likely 2 of the 3 drawing NBA paychecks. How amazing would that be?

Instead, he got addicted to his fame, let it become all about him and it's now looking like Lonzo may have been lucky to get to the NBA before his Dad steered the thing into a ditch.

I agree w/ everything you've said. It'll be interesting to see how his youngest boys adjust to life overseas. I think they might be in for a culture shock.

Definitely will be in for some culture shock. They are going from LA to a town of approximately 10,000 people. Not to mention the language barrier, different food, etc.

This has the chance to actually be a good thing if handled correctly. There's a lot to be said about real life education in a foreign country and learning a different culture.

The problem is, Lavar doesn't exactly come across as someone who's into culture, etc. It'll be interesting to see what happens when he goes all Lavar over there. lol
