Can't imagine Westbrook passing on the raise he can get by waiting until summer to re-sign.

Might not be a good idea to opt out...
Stephenson is a straight avoid for any good team, at any price. The Clippers signing him last year was a bad move, IMO. The last thing you want is a selfish player in the end of the bench when all you need is a few minutes here and there.
Interesting. It seemed like he helped them immensely when they handed GS their first loss of the season last year.He doesn't fit what they're trying to do. He's a low post offensive player, and he's not a good defender. I think they believe he's the reason there was a significant drop off from the team's defense last year and the year before. Monroe is kind of like Al Jefferson. He's always going to be a player that's good, but you're not quite sure if he's really helping you or not.
Sounds like a pattern amongst Cavs players...thats the last thing you want....you will have a Big 5 then- at least in his mind- and im not joking when i say Dion will think he deserves double digit shots...
his potential is tantalizing- especially with his build and strength and quickness-- but hes a head case
If that happened, would that officially make them worse than the Lakers? LOLWhich is why I think he'll get dealt by the All Star break.
I don't think the Thunder can risk losing a franchise player in back to back Seasons.
I agree, you always have to test the waters and not sell yourself short.I don't know...look at what Plumlee, Mahinmi, Noah, Mozgov and Biyombo got.
Monroe is the antithesis of Bismack.
But, they are both one way players.
He's on a 3/50 deal and the cap is taking another big jump.
The only thing working against him is the Star power of the upcoming free agents.
But, none of them play his position.
If that happened, would that officially make them worse than the Lakers? LOL
You don't think him signing with the Bulls because of Miami not increasing their offer was an emotional decision?
My meaning isn't by comparison of individual player caliber. I was talking about in terms of team performance once OKC has lost both of their best players. What Franchise player did you guys ever lose?
Pau was passed his prime, ditto with Shaq who you traded.
For the record, I no longer view Howard as a Franchise guy.
It would be catastrophic if Westbrook and Durant left for nothing.

What's interesting is I was thinking they would be a pretty bad team without RW & KD- but to your point if RW does go crazy and put up 50 shots a night they might be better without him! LOLYeah, I have no idea on what to expect from the Thunder.
But, I expect Westbrook to try and average 40ppg....
Which is a bad thing...Imo
If he had trouble remembering to feed Durant....
Adams, Olidipo and Kanter will probably only get 5 shots per game.

I hope he does stay.40 ppg on how many FG attempts? 40, LOL? If he averages 40 ppg, but the rest of the team only averages between 40 to 50, then that would be a bad thing. If Russ stays, I expect that he'll try to get others more involved.
Let Westbrook put up 50 shots per game. Kanter and Adams will feed off offensive rebounds.
