Robin is ok but he is overpaid IMO but I guess Rose was as well. I think they just wanted Rose out of Chicago not caring what they get. I guess we will see.

It works well for both teams actually. Rose is a 1 year rental and they have cap space next summer.

Lopez is making 12 million and that won't be that crazy with the cap going nuts this summer.

Yeah, when Biyombo might get 17.....not a bad deal.

But, if it frees up enough cash to land Pau or Horford it's a good trade for the Knicks.

The Sixers are interested in Clarkson.....I wouldn't pay more than 10 million per season for him. The Sixers may offer him a huge deal since they need a scorer.

Great deal for the Bulls IMO. Calderon is a much better fit in Hoiberg's offense than Rose ever was. And is serviceable for a one year stop gap. In terms of effectiveness there wasn't a big gap between Rose and Calderon last year anyway, and Rose had much better players around him. Calderon can actually hit a jumper too. Grant didn't look great as a rookie but maybe he'll take a leap forward next year.

The problem is the Heat dont really have anything to offer the Bulls. except maybe Dragic and McBob. All we have on the books are a couple young guys going into their second season. They have promise but not enough to make a trade like that.

He's a RFA. They can offer him a loaded deal and the Lakers have the right to match it.....or not.
