I'll say this, for all of Wiggy's rants, he was definitely right about one thing. Kyrie Irving's contract is an absolute steal. Even if he's injured half the year.

He spoke to Griffin and the decision was made. They will not match

Yeah, I agree. I don't think the Cavs plan to match and obviously LeBron's input matters.

I just don't think LeBron would've tweeted that if he had realized/rememberd that Delly is an UFA... even if he knew the Cavs weren't gonna match.

Challenge accepted, Mecca. Did you see the Hill signing by David Aldridge?

I'm reading that Howard was "impressed" with his meeting with the Hawks.

Shit.

lol... :L

Not sure LeBron is aware the Cavs have a chance to match. He put a similar post about Moz right before that.
Mozgov is definitely gone. Delly...i dunno...as soon as the Cavs paid 2.4 million to buy that second rounder to draft a point guard the writing was probably on the wall that they were going to let Delly go.

If it was just a means of shelling out dollars it would be one thing- but if the Cavs are gonna structure this so they a chance to have room to make a move next year giving Delly 38 million when you already have 3 other point guards on the roster and, when he didnt even play in the Finals, leads me to think he is going to be gone.

3 years 57 million remaining on Kyrie's deal....plus a 4th year player option that he will undoubtedly opt out of.

less than Evan Turner annually. Or Bazemore in all likelihood....

I think the Knicks need to get Dwight Howard and have the all- 5-years ago- team.

Rose, Melo, Howard....pretty awesome! lol. All of those guys are so different personality wise...that would be a weird combo....

If he signs there.....they better be the team to give him 18-20 FGA's he's wanted his entire career.

He better be ready to start playing team basketball and get that ego of his under control, because that's the only way he's going to find success on that team.

Yeah. Kyrie's going for that super max contract most likely in 3 years. By then, I'm sure he'll be the main person in Cleveland with Lebron starting to take questions on when he's retiring.
