2 years removed from a season when he averaged 9ppg. He's young and athletic.....it's not the worst signing by a long stretch.

All these signings are actually obscene when it comes to a working guy like myself.

With Horford and Teague gone.....they rebuilding. It wouldn't be totally crazy to run the offense through him imo. He finally gets the chance to be the man in his home state.

And if Atlanta is rebuilding that's even better for Howard
No pressure on him to take that team deep into the playoffs or just make the playoffs even

Howard is the NBA version of a Drake's coffee cake - any little pressure he crumbles away

Mozgov is definitely gone. Delly...i dunno...as soon as the Cavs paid 2.4 million to buy that second rounder to draft a point guard the writing was probably on the wall that they were going to let Delly go.

If it was just a means of shelling out dollars it would be one thing- but if the Cavs are gonna structure this so they a chance to have room to make a move next year giving Delly 38 million when you already have 3 other point guards on the roster and, when he didnt even play in the Finals, leads me to think he is going to be gone.

Pretty sure I told you a few months ago you'd prob lose Delly and you told me he was restricted and not going anywhere.

Obviously he's gone.

Only team I have seen in the East to really solidly improve thus far- are the Knicks with Rose and Noah---- but especially the Pacers adding Jefferson, Thad Young and Jeff Teague. Pacers just might be hosting a first round playoff series next year.

Jefferson is a risk with his recent injury history, but compared to the Noah signing, I'll gladly take him at that price...He still needs to keep his weight down to stay on the court.
