Wallace was a better defender IMO. Biyombo is a rebounder/shot-blocker, not a pure defender.

Definitely, I was saying his ceiling was Ben Wallace. He's never going to be a scorer, but when you factor in he's only 23 and lots of room to grow as an on ball defender, there's potential there. I don't think he'll reach Wallace's defensive prowess, but both Biyombo and Wallace at their peaks could have similar games.

Because there was no one else on the roster in 2015. Who else was going to show out?

Thompson - was the 2nd best player on the roster after Love and Irving went down.
Andy - You saw what that guy did in the playoffs this year. That guy hasn't been the same for years.

Saying he was a key lineup in their Finals team isn't shit when that Finals team was basically Lebron.

Ah, so your memory is that short. Mozgov had 14 ppg, 7.5 rpg, and 1.5 bpg on 55% shooting in the finals in 28 minutes. If you disregard game 5 where Blatt benched Mozgov to go small (for JR Smith, who went 5-15), those averages climb to 16.8 ppg, 9 rpg, and 1.8 bpg in 33 min on 56% shooting.

Poor Hibbert...lol

Send him down the hall, we will let him handout Gatorade as Diamond Stones backup.

I meant compared to Mozgov's last year, but that works too lol.

If this happens, I swear to never mention the Mozgov deal ever again.

Shit has gotten ridiculous.

Jason Jones: Sounding more and more like the Kings’ top target in free agency is Dion Waiters more than 12 hours into free agency. One source described Waiters as “locked in” on Sacramento. He’s restricted so OKC could match so expect any offer sheet to be big. Big, of course, is relative in NBA money. I could see Waiters getting $18 million a year.

Mozgov was simply unplayable down the stretch for the Cavs this year. I think they would have liked to play him a little more- but Tristan and Frye were outplaying him big time that it just was a farce to have him on the court. He was legitmiately the Cavs 4th (or 5th) big behind Love, TT, Frye (And James if u count him).

I am not overly surprised he got 16M- but its just such a depressing move...its buying a frying pan for a Christmas gift....a no-upside center that cna guard the rim pretty damn solid, shoot a little, and will drive you insane with how he fumbles with the ball...
