Not everything is about stats. True defense doesn't show up in basic stats.

The only place Rob Sacre belongs is on a cheerleading squad.
Thompson was HUUUUUGE for the Cavs in the Finals...no way they win without a versatile defender like that against GSW.

It didn't bother me he left Cleveland but the reason I call him a jackass is how he handled everything. That little party the Heat threw for the Heatles, if that was his idea that's hilarious & pathetic. And his return to Cleveland, like I mentioned in a previous comment he went back after Blatt was hired & before Love was traded for. Sure moves were made after he went back but that roster wasn't loaded (or whatever the right word would be) before he returned.

The party, his idea?
Get real.
And who was forced to watch it?

I didnt watch 1 minute of Cavs parade.

I'm quite sure there are annual opt outs.

Doesn't like look there is one after the 1st year, from what we know so far... but there might be.

With the drop in the projection of next years cap... there might not be much incentive to opt out compared to what the early projection was showing.

"I just want to let y'all know I'm re-signing back with the Cleveland Cavaliers, my hometown team," James said on Uninterrupted. "I can't be more excited than this opportunity once again, man, to defend our crown, defend our title. We all know last year as a magical, inspiring -- all the words you can come up with -- it was an unbelievable season. I just can't wait to get the group back together -- the team, the franchise, more importantly, get everybody together, the fans. Without you guys, without your passion and commitment, we wouldn't have been able to do what we did this past season. I'm ecstatic. I can't wait to see my guys. I can't wait to get back out there in the wine and gold and just get the band back together. Lastly, let's get J.R. (Smith) done. It's that time."

sounds like a guy with one foot out the door, lol.

Come back to me when the Cavs are giving a 35 year old $35m that year.

Cavs fans don't and shouldn't care.
Without James they revert back to garbage.
At least with James there's always hope.

They have no concept of an effective rebuild, because without James they are uncapable.

In the 2014-2015 season opener... the Cavs faced the Knicks.
In the 2015-2016 season opener... they faced the Bulls.
In the 2016-2017 season opener... they will face the combination of them.
