Really not much chance for drama tomorrow... unless Quayshon pulls a last second switch to Rutgers which I doubt. The only thing that MIGHT happen is Beau signing with us, but I doubt that happens. Hope it does though.

That Lamar Jackson recruiting decision nightmare video was pretty good. The coaching staff did a fine job recruiting the Calabasas bunch, and that looks like it is going to pay off.

Tomorrow is the day, then after NSD, then it is the spring game. Hope springs eternal.

Personally, I don't have a good vibe for the uncommitted recruits that Nebraska is trying to bank on here at the end. I think there will be quite a few plan ZEDs for Nebraska after NSD. And instead of going out of the state, might as well give it to some Nerbaska kids that will run through a wall to be on the team.

In March, the wife and I go to California. I have to go to one of her relative's 90th birthday. I think she is the widow of my wife's uncle, which would be her Dad's brother. We plan on taking a trip to wine country also.

I have been on the Clemson campus, a pretty quiet town it seems like. The thing I really hate about South Carolina is their crappy red soil and the fire ants. Being on the ocean is nice, Myrtle Beach area, but the tourist trap that is Myrtle Beach really sucks. I prefer North Carolina to South Carolina. I have also been to Chapel Hill(Tarheels), Durham(Duke), and Raleigh(NC State) in North Carolina. I never made it over to Winston Salem for Wake Forest.

The Wake Forest University was BOUGHT by Reynolds tobacco and moved from Wake Forest North Carolina to Winston Salem. A little trivia for you.

If you think he threw away the season then you're head is not only not on straight, but it's up your ass.

Mistakes were made, yes. But he wanted to win them all.

Yeah sure, I could tell he cared by how many times he allowed TA to pass the ball even after he and the whole college football world saw that his passing numbers absolutely HAD TO BE LIMITED. Riley finally realized just how important a win would be by limiting the amount of passes that TA threw in the bowl game. How much more obvious can this be?!

The only thing up my ass was the 18" shits that flew out after each preventable loss, from pure frustration as to why Riley wanted to throw away the season, just like Callahan did in 2004 installing his equally inefficient offense that we witnessed in each one of Riley's losses. No one can tell me a losing season didn't impact recruiting, because it did. Despite this Riley may still have a good recruiting class, and if he has finally learned from the bowl game on how to rein in TA, there may be a future afterall for Riley in Lincoln.

Just two more wins would have made a big impact on recruiting. By the way, I'm sure you remember how close I was to being right if Riley did in the bowl game what he should have done during the season after he saw how TA needed to be handled. Okay I'm finished with my words of wisdom

One recruiting tool Nebraska can't touch, maybe in future though?

Maybe global warming will bring the Nebraska temps. up to entice some future recruits? lol

That Clemson can go into Kansas and take two players ain't right.

Yes, because all those "9 Wins" Trophies really helped us on the recruiting trail...

Oh that's an intelligent reply. In case you forgot, we have a new coaching staff, and since we do, recruits are much more likely to be influenced by recruiters saying to look at all of the crap that happened such as lots of injuries, and dealing with players who took time to buy into what we're trying to do here at Nebraska, yet we still had a winning record. Did you learn anything with my post here?
