my point is- that how it works out will determine if Jeanie Buss and her side stays in control- or if they break the trust and a majority interest is transferred to another party- who is this Anschultz go who has the right of first refusal if Jimmy and Johnny can break the trust.

And what does any of this have to do with HOW she spends her earnings from this particular asset? And just so we're clear- I'm talking about spending the money on her FAMILY. Or do you just think because dividing the business up is complicated so should be sharing money amongst her family?

If Jeanie Buss tried to give 20 million to a grand child- she would have to pay at least 6 million in pure tax on that. Thats not how you keep large amounts of money in the long erm.
