I don't have any kids
Well my point was that it takes patience & more patience to deal with multiple kids in the same age group at the same time. The comparison is having to deal with multiple partners- life partners. And in this case her partners would be Mick & Heatles.

Oh ok, thanks for explaining.

Now let Jaden Smith blow your mind

Each player should only be judged in reality by their era. Bill Russell was absolutely a monster in his generation, but if you look at his build, it'd be hard for him to sustain that level today. He was 6'10", 245lbs in his playing days. For comparison sake, Kevin Durant is 6'11", 245lb too. It'd be near impossible for him to hold up against a player like Shaq. But that shouldn't negate how great and dominant he was as a player during his time.

Athletes now a days are bigger and stronger and more skilled. It's just how it goes.
(def. a LITTLE tongue-in-cheeck)

but...at least 3 dudes that play at the local community center could have made the rosters in this game.

LeBron would average 50-20-20 if he go in a time machine. (if h really wanted to).

the rich get richer (and Dan G's tax bill goes up a little more).

Andrew Bogut signs with Cavs

When Korver first got here, we turned down a lot of shots, we didn't do the things we were accustomed to doing because we were trying to get him integrated, make him feel comfortable," Cavs coach Tyronn Lue said. "Once he realized what we do and how we do things and we understood what he liked, I think it was a great fit for us. It's going to be the same for D-Will early, it's going to be the same for Bogut. But once we all get together and get on the right page, we'll be a tough team to beat."

this is a helluva fun time of the year if your team is a championship contender....

Interesting. In his last championship, 7-game series ... Bill Russell played ever minute of every game. (and he was also the Head Coach)

def...you wont see a low post big like that with a similar skill set taken that high for a long time i am thinking....if your best attribute is low post scoring- its hard to find a place for you...now THAT was a wasted pick.

I remember at hte time the Lakers were deciding between Russell and Okafor- and they have to be thrilled they took Russell. I think the Sixers would have taken Russell if he was there. Sixers didnt have the balls to take Porzingis and just stayed with the "safe" pick and it was the wrong one.

Yeah, Okafor can't hit a shot beyond 10 feet. His low post scoring is his one good skill compared to other NBA players, but he's very limited beyond that.

The thing is, and I'm being totally honest here, I'm more mad about the KD injury for losing the fun of watching that team play ball than I am about the Finals chances. Partly because he hopefully will be back for the playoffs, but also because I'm genuinely enjoying the product right now no matter how the season ends.

So now, yeah, it'll still be fascinating to see them play minus KD, but I'm mad.

You're absolutely right that the Warriors were playing beautiful basketball. It sucks that this throws their momentum and beautiful play off course. I'm still depressed about it (at least as much as one can be over sports, LOL). I think people are underestimating the effect or potential effect on the Warriors' chances. He's actually out indefinitely, so I'm not even going to assume that he comes back this season, and even if he does, he'll have to get back in shape and the Warriors will have to re-integrate him into the game plan.

Lonzo Ball's dad talking more shit.

"He's the only player in the draft that can make everybody else around him better, as you can see that with UCLA," LaVar Ball said Thursday

"Why shouldn't he be No. 1? He's earned it. Nobody else is playing like him. Nobody else is doing what he's doing. He's selling out arenas, he's making all his players better. Why wouldn't he be No. 1? How do you start your franchise without that guy?"

"I'm not trying to say he won't play for a different team," LaVar said,

But I'd like him to play for the Lakers because it's home, and I'd love him to learn from Magic [Johnson]. He's the best guard ever to me, and nobody better for Lonzo to learn from than Magic Johnson."

He obviously was playing favorites by letting himself play the whole game. What a jerk.

Take kid Lebron into a time machine, and they would of teached him about being a post player only. Not that I was around for those times, but it's unfair to say what Lebron would of averaged, because we would of never seen the Lebron of today, if he were brought up in that era. It's the advancement of the game, who knows what we would of gotten, if we were to put modern medicine, modern teachings, and so on in a time machine

You're crazy. The way they used to foul & they were considered hard fouls back in the day Bron Bron wouldn't have lasted a week in the league.

It's not that serious of an injury that will end his season. He'll be back- and he will be fine in terms of being in shape. He's only going to miss a month or so of basketball. It's not an entire season or even half a season. He's conditioned well so should only take a game or two to get back into a rhythm.
