The clippers are the best team in the West, when 100% healthy, which is only about 2 weeks out of the year.

Well, the Warriors were one Kyrie game winner away from back to back championships.

A healthy Curry gives them a chance to beat anyone.

But, I would be worried about putting my faith into Mcgee, who would have to give them some quality minutes, to keep Green fresh.

KD has put in work on defense.

If he's not healthy, the winner is a toss up vs. The Spurs or Cavs.

They destroy everyone else, even if they don't have Durant.
All good points- but I think McGee would be fine because he isn't the starting center. His presence makes guys change their shots & that's a great security blanket for the defense to have.

I agree a healthy Curry is a game changer- and I believe the last game against the Cavs was what he needed to get his mind right. He has to continue to be aggressive & find ways to get open. When Bogut went out last year it was hard for him to work without the ball & no screens.

Easy answer is yes. The Warriors are only 4 up on the Spurs, with 2 left against them head to head. The Warriors will still be very good, but it'll be interesting to see what Pop does with his team and rest. They would have no problems being the #2 seed or #4 for that matter.

Very true.

:wtf2:...:pound:

What the hell are you smoking, did you steal my weed? Draymond's a damn good player but he's not an elite all time great like the Big O. It's an insult to Oscar to even put them in the same sentence like that.
ewould you get really mad if Vitaly Potapenko and Michael Jordan are in the same sentence?

Like I've said before w/ some of wiggy's overly homeristic rants it's better to read them backwards. They actually can make more sense then.

that would be really interesting....there are so many different ways they can go. Who knows what they will look like

the one thing i like is that this is one more year of flexibility...i mean if Blake Griffin or Gordon Heyward want to come to Boston that changes things big time...not that i think that is realistic, but who knows what will happen.
this offseason should give us a lot more clarity on the Celtics long term plans....i really actualyl like Rozier a lot on the bench.

I think they can get a guy like Gallinari.

I'm starting to believe that Hayward is staying.

But, time will tell.

What really pissed me off back in the day was the Danny Ferry/Larry Bird comparisons. Whoever was the 1st say that should have been placed in a mental hospital.

and dude- i didnt comapre draymond to robertson- i said EVEN IF draymond turns into Robertson- clearly meaning- HE IS NOT currently. lol.

i actually think it would be interesting to see Draymond play on a team where he had to be something near "the guy"- i dont think it would work out that well.

I agree w/ what you said there. Do you think the Spurs can gain any ground on the Warriors while KD's recovering?
Yes, and this is the reason why:

I might be in the minority...

But, I think Kawhi is the 3rd best player in the NBA behind Bron, Durant.

If I'm starting a Team from scratch, I'd take him over Westbrook, Harden, Curry and Davis.

He's a better all around player than the guards that I named and he's not injured as much as Davis.

I can understand why he'd be your pick.

But in terms of them taking over the #1 spot I think it's the Dubs' to lose because Pop won't not rest guys just to get it.

I first used to think he wouldn't do well, but the more you look at his skill set and he could easily be a triple double machine on a team where he was the guy. Imagine a team where he was the P&R guy in a 4/5 screen. Right now he never gets that opportunity because he's always the roll guy, but imagine him being able to take other 4's and 5's off the dribble to the hoop. With his passing, he'd be pretty dynamic if the offense centered around him. You would of course dare him to shoot, but that's an aspect of his game he could clearly improve on. He's shot a great percentage from 3 before.

It's interesting though, and easily debatable. It would honestly really depend on who he had around him. You couldn't just say Blake would be better or Draymond would be better anymore and I think it's a testament to how good of a player Draymond is now.

I'm a big Kawhi fan. I remember his frosh year @ SDSU ('09-'10, I was UNLV season ticket holder that year) & when I saw him play I said even then he was gonna be a helluva NBAer.

Just a thought...

If Boogie boogie's from the Big Easy & teams up w/ Westbrook could they do some damage? Or does N.O. have him locked up for any amount of time?

Yep, that could turnout to be a near Kobe level draft day steal if he keeps improving.

I thoroughly expect the guy he was traded for, George Hill, to sign with the Spurs this Summer..

Utah was stupid for letting him reach unrestricted free agency.
