I wouldn't say the Raptors gave up a lot to get Ibaka, if that gets them over the hump than great (most likely not)...Ohh and he is a free agent next year and already getting 12 mil. So he is basically a 30 game and playoff rental. Is it worth giving up Ross and 1st rounder?...most likely still is

they should ahve just paid biyombo if they were gonna give up assets for a worse version of him at this point...ill guarantee you ibaka doesnt have the type of impact and series biyombo did last year.

He will be wanting a crazy contract. I mean look what they paid guys last offseason. He is still young and if he performs for them and like he did for the Magic then he will be high-priced. He is just a rental and if they don't win the East they lost Ross and a 1st rounder for nothing.

saric has been really good.

gotta say- if they keep the Lakers pick- they are gonna have a BOATLOAD of good young players.

itll take some time to sort out- figure who to keep- who to deal- but dayum.

just a core of Embiid/Saric/Simmons should be excellent- add in a couple lotto picks- TONS AND TONS of cap room- and you have a recipe for a big time up and coming team.
