If the Heat make the playoffs or finish the season close to .500, Spo deserves to be in the COY mix. Right now I'd give it to Quin Snyder, the Jazz have been dealing with injuries all year and are in 4th place with a 34-19(after the win tonight) record.

No. It's Hornacek. {drops mic}

Heat look like they'll be gunning for #13 vs mighty Nets on Friday.

And possibly 14 against the Sixers who still may be without Embiid. Then they play Orlando at home on Monday. Could be 15 heading to Houston next Wednesday....This game not done yet. Down to 12. Could their foot off the pedal

You'll be surprised by this. But I want that record broken to. It gets annoying hearing Dolphins fans still bring it up anytime a team talks shit. My dad was likely jerking off in a tube sock when that happened.

I actually lived that sreak. at the time i thought it was a great accomplishment. it only got annoying when the old 'Phins decided to turn it into a yearly disrespect ritual...

I've kinda always gotten a kick out of that.

All of this bullshit is just deflection. Gilbert let them go over money...period. You can try to deflect, put up strawman arguments, spin and move the goal posts all you want.

None of it will change the fact that Gilbert let them go over money and that, at the least, Delly provided one of the very things that Lebron is now saying they need. If Gilbert wasn't concerned about money, Delly would still be a Cav.

Well this is true, i think the cavs can add a similar type of player for a minimum contract. Money is always a consideration at some point. Delly just wasn't worth an extra 45 million or however much it was. Even if money wasn't a consideration it would still be stupid, because it would prevent the team from adding other players.

Also they just went what 16-0 including the Super Bowl? Pats were 18-0, for 2 weeks.

Actually, it was 17-0 including the Super Bowl.

Wanna guess the other difference between the 2 records?

Well, again, it goes back to did you win your title? If the Pats won, then I wouldn't hear more about the '72 Dolphins and Phins fans would have to accept we need to move on. I'm convinced some continue to live in the past.

Wiggy disagrees. According to him, money is never an issue for Gilbert. In fact, I'll bet that if you ask nice, he'll tell you all about how much he's paying over the cap and how high his luxury tax is and how it's a hobby for him (only he'll use a whole lot more words than I did). :heh:

Another way of looking at the bold is that if they had paid Delly the money, they wouldn't need to add anyone right now.

I wouldnt pencil anything in, but that should be the case.
We were down 18 to Nets in 4th qtr during this streak.

So, only 2 teams this season have a winning streak of 12 or more this season

Heat and Warriors.

Agreed. Don't get me wrong, I can't stand the Patriots, I'm glad Tyree caught that ball.
