As a defensive replacement, it really doesn't matter. They can call timeout and get Curry back in the game. It only becomes a problem if they don't call a timeout or are out of timeouts.

Most fouls are completed on a rebound and are usually immediately called by the ref. I'm just going off my recollection, but I don't recall many times where the team has been able to call a timeout, in time before the opposition can take a foul.

True. I haven't looked but is Livingston typically a poor free throw shooter?

Not normally for his career as I just looked. Career 79% shooter but crazy thing is he's at 57% this year which would be a career low. He was at 86% last season.

Imo, that should take away any concern for not using the strategy. He may be shooting poorly now, but he'll likely revert to form soon enough.

if i was picking a player for the Cavs i would without a dobut 10 times out of ten rather have Steven Adams than Hassan Whiteside. Its not even close.

Westbrook with yet another triple double...pretty unreal.

Jae Crowder and Avery Bradley are both very good 2 way players for a pretty damn good Boston team. I think Boston is gonna continue to play pretty good ball and really solidfy itself as the 3rd best team in the East. IF they make a move things could get interesting.


Who on Utah is actually playing tonight? worth it to stay up and watch that game?

Long term in the West--- if they keep Heyward- the Jazz could be really freaking good.....Heyward, Favors, Gobert, Hood, Exum if he develops, etc.....I mean- say what you will about the Twolves, and New Orleans with Davis--- that is a pretty scary collection of talent in Utah.

I'm not even bothering with that guy anymore but to answer your final question. The starting group has yet to play a minute together. At this point I'm convinced this team will never have 14 healthy bodies

I think Wiggy would be the only one in the Cavs organization if they had to pick one to go with Adams over Whiteside. I think everyone in basketball knows Whiteside is the better player than Adams. Not much of a debate there.
