a lot of people didnt even pick Washington to make the playoffs after some pathetic showings hte last couple years.

Otto Porter going from being a fringe guy- to one of the best 3 and D wings in the league has been huge for them- as has the fact that Beale and Wall are actually together and healthy.


Toronto? ehhh... if Lowry is healthy- they might be- right now though? no.

I thought the Wiz would be like a 6 seed, didn't think they'd be this good, thought Boston was a 4 or 5 seed, Atlanta 3 seed, Toronto the 2 and Cavs 1. Thought the Heat would be in the mix for the 4 or 5 as well.

Wiggy and I have had our differences for sure.....and I don't think anybody on tHoop has had more considering our past battles considering the amount of time we have known each other but looking past this.....he does have a profound amount of knowledge on the more obscure and intricate parts of the sport that I don't.....such as the CBA for example. But, his homerism (we all have it for our teams, nobody is exempt) often times overshadows it.

I had Washington in the playoffs....but they are playing very well with their backcourt and Porter starting to validate his draft selection.

The Raps are solid and added some pieces at the trade deadline.

He can intelligently debate football, basketball, barfball etc.

But, he can't differentiate between what he KNOWS vs what he FEELS when discussing Ohio Sports.
