Crazy thing about Tim Duncan is that he never avg more than 34 MPG since the 2006-2007 NBA season

My bad for even brining this up in the 1st place but I'll answer you. How often do other superstars sit as much as LeBron? Good question, I've never paid attention. A fair question to ask is how many superstars have logged the years & minutes he's played so far? That really should be taken into consideration since we all know LeBron won't be sitting when the playoffs get here.
Now onto the Cavs. They can't catch G.S. for the best record in the league. I think they have about a 2.5 game lead over the Celtics. Any rest The Balding One can get during the regular season is actually good for him. My guess is all they care about now is having home court throughout the EC when the playoffs get here though.
On a different note for a second. Have you been watching any of The Tourney? Wisky over Nova was a shocker last night.
Assuming Celts hang on, Cavs actually have just a 1 game lead.
They play the Lakers tonight, so chances are it goes back to 1.5, but YOU NEVER KNOW.
Of course i will take a bet on the Cavs vs. Heat series going 6Why have you not set the terms for your proposed bet that I accepted?
I'm more and more confident that its going 6+ if it happens.

i mean- do you think that Kyrie sat out the 4th quarter of the Jazz game the other night for fun?You can buy that Irving nonsense. I'm not
As for Love, I stated last night that it is the only one I'm ok with.

i am just glad that the Cavs are trying to go down the Tim Duncan path and how the Spurs extended his career- rather than the Lakers path where Kobe was effectively done as a star after that achilees injury happened. I mean- that was gross negligence- playing a guy at his age all those games- well over 40 minutes a night some nights- thats just red-lining your engine with no oil in it.His body eventually broke down given the vast amount of minutes that he played. He did play 20 years in the league. His injuries started mounting up in 2013 when he was already 34/35. That's right around the time when an athlete's body starts to get away from them.
i dont think he was "so injured"--- neither did the Cavs...they just wanted to give him an extra day to recover. Why would you take any risk with a talent like Kyrie that you didnt have to take? Thats how minor injuries become major injuries. Be a hero in the playoffs- not in March. If he was so injured, they wouldn't have known last night that he would be good to go today. That decision would have been made at some point today....not yesterday afternoon.

well.....considering last year Kyrie went from playing game 7 in the Finals, right to the Olympic team, right into the NBA- im glad they are making decisions that are beneficial to the Cavs. Griffin has no duty to the TV partners. Playing through an injury in March- when you are the Cavs and will be playing in June makes no sense. All it would do is make you more vulnerable in the playoffs- and hte playoffs are the Cavs priority. They want to show up to Game 1 of the first series ready to fucking gut whoever they play with their stars ready to go. Everything else is just noise.Sure lol. At this rate, Kyrie soft ass Irving would be resting half of the season at the age of 30. Never seen a 24 year old need so much rest in my life. It is a joke
As Wildturkey suggested, they need to implement a rule where you're only allowed to have 1 player missing the game due to the rest. If you want to rest more than 1 player then you must place player X on the inactive list which would require he miss at least 3 games. You would see how rest these teams stop resting players.
But the GM also said it isn't his job to appease the league and its television partners (which include ESPN).
"Yeah, and they're paying me to win a championship," he told Shelburne. "I'm not overly concerned about the perception of it. We literally had one guy rest tonight, and everybody else was reasonably injured, so I don't feel like we did anything terribly egregious."
The league should respond to this by not giving the Cavs a single national tv game next year since it isn't his job to appease the league and the television partners.

if you want to add something on to it that has nothing to do with that specific series because you are scared/chicken shit you CGFY.
