This is going to be a good finish. 82-82 with under 6 to go.

If Houston win they likely make the playoffs as the schedule gets really weak. If they lose it gets really interesting

My god this is one hell of an ugly 4th quarter from both teams.

Dallas outscoring Houston 18-14 with 5 seconds left

Stupid play by Houston there. You know Dallas are going to foul so instead of trying to find a quick hitting play, they try to wrong a slow developing play which made it easy for Dallas to foul Terry.

Huge game on espn tonight at 930 EST.

Houston @ Dallas. 7th and 9th in the West. A half game currently separates the two

Winner loses a chance to get a nice draft pick. Oh but they get to play 5 playoff games vs the Warriors.

Dallas now 2 games up on Houston with 4 games to go. Still going to be close. I'm assuming Dallas go 2-2 in their final 4 with wins against Memphis and San Antonio (only because they play on the final game of the season and pop will be resting his guys). Interesting thing about Houston is their final 4 games is really soft as they play Phoenix, LAL, Minnesota, and Sacramento. The only game away from Houston is Minnesota. They should win those 4 as the only team I see possibly tripping them up is Minnesota but I think they win all 4 and finish 42-38 as well. As for Utah they're at 39-39 and plays Clippers, Nuggets, Mavs, and Lakers. Nuggets and Lakers are road games. I think they should go 4-0 but I can easily see the Nuggets or Clippers knocking them off.

Very possibly all 3 teams finish 42-40. And to add on to this craziness, Memphis currently sits at 42-36 but their final 4 games come against Dallas, Golden State 2X, and the Clippers. The only home game is against the Warriors. They won't be favorite in any of those 4 games so there is a possibility we end the season with 4 teams tied at 42-40 for the final 3 playoffs spots out West.....Don't ask me who would get left out because I don't have the slightest clue who would lose that 4 team tiebreaker.

Crazy if that happens.

Under this scenario.... first tiebreak would be record against each other. Memphis is last, Utah is 3rd. Houston and Dallas tie. Moves past head-to-head and division record which would both be tied and finally get decided on conference record... which would go to Houston.

So...assuming I did everything correct...

#6 Rockets
#7 Mavericks

I think if the Rockets had the choice of which of the 3 teams they would prefer OKC so playing OKC would be a good thing for them.

They went 0-3 vs GSW, 1-3 vs SAS, and 2-2 vs OKC. They would love to play OKC. Not saying they win but they wouldn't last more than 5 against SAS and GSW. That OKC series likely go 6 and possibly a 7th game
