I definitely wouldn't mind replacing Endy Chavez with Rios. The Rangers are said to be willing to eat some of his contract $ too.

The Marlon Byrd stuff has me laughing. For all the shit Jack Z gets, it could be worse: We could Have Ruben Amaro. Reports are he gave us a list of 3 prospects, said to pick 2, and still we'd have to accept Byrd's option next year in order to waive his no trade.

His mannerisms make him seem like a muppet or cartoon character to me. Can't believe MLB gave him his own show. Major sell out move to try to draw the New York audience away from YES and ESPN.

I still love MLB Network, though. Hope they don't go much further in this direction.
