Given what the market is for a 2C, it seems like it's not that far off. Rangers gotta watch their cap at this point.....they need a few more pieces and are almost at the ceiling.

Sather is playing with fire. Everyone is talking and rumors are circulating about this cap going up next year. But by how much? It did not go up by as much as everyone thought for this coming season so I have some trepidations regarding how far it goes up next season.

I have said for a while now , that the morbid side of my sense of humor wants to see the"scramble" that happens if the cap dropped by say 3 mill a year for a few. It would be delightful pandemonium

I thought that when Burke sent him to the Marlies a few years ago. Sadly, he was back a year later...
