Seriously before Jeffrey tore his knee up he was looking very promising. After that he seemed to lose all his speed and is no longer an NHL player.

Regarding the Downie signing, I don't understand it, and he's an idiot, but he's also shown he can be a capable hockey player, so if the Pens' coaching staff keeps him in line, he could end up being a good player for us.

The downside, of course, is that he pulls one of his stupid stunts.

Hopefully he doesn't. But I do think our fourth line is going to contribute some offense this season, at least.
