Ah. That explains why he didn't come here. No way they were giving one of those up. That's the third scratch on the list.

Guess it'll be Jokinen.

Shit, every player you wanted have been crossed off. Sounds like my list.

It's worth a shot for Havlat. Could friends with Elias. Jagr might be able to get something out of him.

Man, I would've done that Havlat deal.

Great signing. Hiller is going to steal them a lot of games. Term and money are more than reasonable, too.

Dominic Moore remains with NYR. Tanner Glass signs 3 x $1.45M deal with NYR.

Glass to the Rags for 3x1.45

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAAHAAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHA

I echo pix's sentiments.

Brutal

Good signing

I like the Havlat deal. High upside there, not too much risk.

Overall, aside from a few head-scratchers (Orpik, Bolland, Glass), this has been a pretty decent free agency market.

Is he really that much worse than Dorsett? Can't be. He kills penalties, he'll fit in fine

Doubtful. Moulson was here last year. No way Gionta is considered an upgrade to Vanek. And Gorges is good, but probably still a downgrade from Ehrhoff.

Hodgson's a year older, stewart is still there, Reinhart, the Myers Renaissance could continue... It could happen.

Jussi? He signed with FLA earlier on.

When Jarome Iginla signs, I expect it will be a three-year deal. TB, COL and VAN are the finalists.

He has his uses, but he's slow, takes too many penalties (which isn't good for a PK guy), and the advanced stats hate him. It's way too much money and way too much term.
