Waiters is a bitch. The fact that he keeps taking shots at Cleveland in the media shows where his maturity level is

The biggest..

“Listen,” he said, “they give me the ball. Like, I touch the ball. Like, I actually, like, you know, touch the ball.” It was the second time in less than a week that Waiters trumpeted the freedom the Thunder has given him. “I’m able to feel the game out, knowing when to take the shot, when not to,” Waiters said. “Like I said, we got a great group of guys on this team who’s very unselfish and they want you to be successful. So I think I came into a great situation.” Oklahoman

Houston need to do everything in their power to avoid GSW in the playoffs.

Terrible match-up.

I'll be shocked if Houston can push it to 6 games

Best part about that game was when a clearly checked out Josh Smith just said fuck it and cussed out a ref to get ejected

Rockets have been down 20+ all game. Smith is ejected and the Rockets cut the lead to 9. LVP! LVP!

They kinda grew on me as the game went on.

Too bad Whiteside went down.
It was fun to see him dominating the paint.

Waiters was awful.....he was about the only reason we kept it close....Cavs won't miss him.

Not me. Didn't like them the second I saw them and my opinion never changed. To be fair, I'm more of a "traditionalist". I hated the Lakers black "Hollywood Nights" uni's and I find the white one's that they wear on Sunday's to be barely tolerable.

You guys may have a genuine steal in Whiteside.

Nothing wrong with him being happy in OKC, but he needs to stfu about the Cavs. It's not like he never touched the ball when he was there.

He got over 10 shots per game in Cleveland....now he's at 12 in 4 more mpg in OKC......not a huge difference

Yeah, it may "feel" different for him because he may fit OKC's style a little better than the Cavs, but as you point out, the numbers aren't remarkably different. It's not like he went from averaging 5-7 shots per game to averaging 15 shots per game.

Matchups make a difference. Every team has a kryptonite team.
Golden State better pray they don't draw the Spurs for example.
That is the worst possible team for the Warriors times 10.

Weirdly enough, the GSW/SAS/HOU dynamic is strangely circular.
SA would rather avoid Houston at all costs. The Rockets are the worst nightmare for SA.

As far as others:
SA would not be happy to see OKC, Dallas, or Phoenix. Those are hard fought even matches.
SA would love to see Portland, Golden State, Clippers, or Memphis. The spurs own them when healthy.

In the last 10 games...

- only 4 western conf teams played below .500 (Kings, Jazz, Lakers, Wolves)
- only 5 eastern conf teams played above .500 (Hawks, Wizards, Bucks, Hornets, Pistons)

I'm not sure if I agree with all this yet. We will have to see how it all pans out. I wanna see how GSW does now under a real coaching staff now. Now that the players are getting used to it. Same thing with Houston and spurs matchup. Also Houston has always had our number until this year. Big difference on what coaching can do

Suns quietly are one of the hottest teams in the league right now.

Their schedule is ridiculously hard starting last night with Portland

Just looked it up and holy crap it's tough. I think the announcers said last night that the combined records of our opponents are over 100 games over .500. My god

The Suns need to slow the hell down so the Thunder can catch them.

This upcoming stretch of games will make or break the Suns season. Good luck.
