The SPURS are the bizarro version of 2013-2014
That team started out not being able to beat any good teams, but crushing the bad teams.
This years team is the exact opposite.
They beat all the good teams and keep losing to bad teams.
If the Spurs play anyone with a .600 or better win percentage, they are undefeated (with the lone exception of laying down to the Rockets resting 5 players).
They can go beat Golden State, Clippers, Memphis, Cleveland at their place like its no big deal......
But, If they play the Nets, Jazz, Lakers, or whomever they keep finding ways to lose in the final seconds.
Admittedly at least one of Parker, Duncan, Ginobili, or Leonard was missing in those games. But, they should be able to beat those teams without a full roster.
They are undefeated with a full roster since game 2 of the Finals......but it sucks losing to bad teams.

Does this mean they will lose to the 8tj seed in the first round?
Nah, it means Pop is trolling the league again. He's just changing it up this time to keep himself entertained. Last year, it was, "Why can't the Spurs beat good teams?" This year, it will be, "Why can't the Spurs beat bad teams?"
