I'm not saying he wouldn't make the move, but it is very risky. If Mariota isn't the real deal, then you set your team back for a very long time. I love Mariota, but to give up 5 or 6 top picks is extremely risky.

The thing with Mariota is that he's a big risk for a team which doesn't run that system. That may be a plus for us in that he may slip a bit as some teams may want a more traditional type QB for their system.

The Bucs would be insane if they pass n Mariota, but maybe they would be interested in a big package from the Birds. I would think that they would want more than picks though. Who would you give up along with picks? It would have to be at least one starter, I would imagine.

I'm intrigued with Cook from MSU.. My Buckeyes play them Saturday night and I'm really interested how he does against our DLine ( Bosa and Washington in particular)? He can run and has a pretty good arm.

Take Cook off the table. I learned a lot about this kid last night. That OL of MSU was stellar and still the Buckeyes defense seemed to rattle him. He tends to be streaky IMO against good competition.

Love that TE Maxx Williams kid from Minnesota....WOW is that kid awesome! Watched him Shred Iowa yesterday...was extremely impressed with his hands, and his ability to go up and get it. Kids got serious game.

Also Lockett from k-state continues to impress me, love that kid.

Well, so far (halftime) David Cobb is Shreddin your defense! Mitch Leidner hasn't been able to do much yet through the air but he has only thrown the ball 6 times so far. Very tight game, that I think Minny could very well win.

Ohio State won by 10....They had a great game plan, double Maax Williams and force Leidner to beat them with his arm, and he sucks!

Watching Kansas and that WR transfer from Maryland Nigel King is pretty impressive, good size, awesome speed, and he can go up and get it! Love the way he plucks the ball out of the air so effortlessly.

Yep.. Kaaya to Dorsett looking good. Btw was it you who mentioned the TE from Minny? My Buckeyes shut him down today. He's a very solid player with good hands. I'd be ok picking him up in the mid rounds.

I mentioned last week and I found it interesting that the Eagles were bringing in Tyrelle Pryor for a workout. It was false at the time but apparently the Eagles did indeed work him out. I'd be interested in him as a WR or some type of wildcat play. A guy who measured a 6'5" 240 and runs a 4/40 sign me up. He has speed. Tressell did well recruiting him at tOSU. On another note, it ended badly for us.
