C'mon Mike, do not disappoint me. I liked you so much as a prospect:

Mike Glennon - QB - Buccaneers

Mike Glennon has been named the Bucs starting quarterback going forward.

With Josh Freeman regressing and in the final year of his contract, the Bucs have made the bold move of giving Glennon the keys to the car. Barring an injury, the third-round rookie projects to start the rest of the year. The strong-armed, 6'7/225 Glennon is an ideal fit for OC Mike Sullivan's vertical scheme. Taking over for Russell Wilson at North Carolina State, he showed a tendency to check down frequently but also took plenty of shot plays. There wasn't much intermediate work. During the preseason, Glennon completed 33-of-70 passes (47.1 percent) for 397 yards with three touchdowns and three interceptions. His promotion is a slight hit to Vincent Jackson and Mike Williams, but a boost for Doug Martin's PPR value.

Edmund Kugbila - G - Panthers

Panthers fourth-round OG Edmund Kugbila (injured reserve) will undergo knee surgery.

Kugbila was placed on season-ending injured reserve with a hamstring injury on August 27. Since he's out for the year, Kugbila might as well just have the knee cleaned up so he can come back 100 percent next spring.

Sio Moore - LB - Raiders

Raiders rookie SLB Sio Moore (concussion) returned to practice Wednesday.

Moore suffered a concussion in a car accident Saturday and was held out of Week 3, but has officially been cleared to practice. He's played just over 32 percent of the defensive snaps this season and will return to a pass-rushing role at strong-side linebacker.

Damn, I thought he was doing okay. At least we are not hearing this from our Rookie FS:

Bacarri Rambo - DB - Redskins

Redskins sixth-round FS Bacarri Rambo has been demoted to special teams.

Rambo played every defensive snap the first two weeks. He was limited strictly to special teams last week against Detroit. Rambo has graded out as Pro Football Focus' worst safety this season and has missed four tackles. DC Jim Haslett went with three cornerbacks -- DeAngelo Hall, David Amerson, and Josh Wilson -- along with SS Brandon Meriweather in the defensive backfield last week.

Le'Veon Bell - RB - Steelers

Le'Veon Bell (foot) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.

It was his first full practice of the season. Barring a setback, Bell is expected to make his NFL debut this week. He should immediately regain his every-down role and is on the RB2/FLEX radar for Sunday's matchup with the Vikings.

Marlon Brown - WR - Ravens

Marlon Brown (neck) did not participate in Ravens practice Wednesday.

Brown played his full complement of snaps in Week 3 but caught just two passes for six yards. We have no reason to believe the injury is serious. Keep an eye on Brown throughout the week. He's a WR4 this week in Buffalo.

Manti Te'o - LB - Chargers

Chargers ILB Manti Te'o (foot) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.

Te'o resumed practicing last week, but was ruled inactive for the third straight game. He's now on track to make his regular season debut Sunday against the Cowboys.

Da'Rick Rogers - WR - Colts

Colts re-signed WR Da'Rick Rogers to their practice squad.

Rogers, who was waived on Tuesday, went unclaimed once again. That allows the Colts to re-stash him. Rogers remains in a reasonable spot for deep Dynasty value as Reggie Wayne turns 36 years old in November and Darrius Heyward-Bey is on a one-year contract.

Le'Veon Bell - RB - Steelers

Le'Veon Bell says his foot is 100 percent.

Bell beat his 6-8 week timetable by a good bit, as he's practicing in full and expected to make his NFL debut against the Vikings Sunday. Although Ben Roethlisberger didn't sound too excited about getting Bell back, the offensive line is. "He's an Adrian Peterson-type -- I don't want to put him in the same category yet, but he has that type of playmaking ability to break tackles and get yards after he's hit," said tackle Marcus Gilbert. Bell's Week 4 workload will likely depend on how he's running early on. But when the Steelers come out of their bye in Week 6, there won't be any doubt as to who the lead dog is here.

T.J. McDonald - DB - Rams

Rams SS T.J. McDonald suffered a fractured right leg in Week 4 against the 49ers.

McDonald is out indefinitely and will likely be placed on injured reserve. It's a tough blow to a Rams' secondary that also lost Cortland Finnegan (thigh) to injury. Matt Giordano should get the majority of playing time in McDonald's absence.

Tavon Austin - WR - Rams

Tavon Austin caught just two passes for six yards in Week 4 against the 49ers.

Austin was targeted eight times in the passing game and played the slot in all three-wide sets. Even with the Rams struggling in pass protection and Sam Bradford forced to check-down, he failed to make an impact. Austin should be viewed as a WR4 until proven otherwise.

Quinton Patton - WR - 49ers

Quinton Patton left Thursday night's Week 4 game with a right foot injury.

Patton limped off the field early in the second quarter with a right foot issue. He was playing ahead of Kyle Williams in two-wide sets before exiting. His return is questionable.

Ziggy Ansah - DL - Lions

Lions rookie RE Ziggy Ansah (abdomen) was a limited participant in practice Friday and is listed as questionable for Week 4.

He remains on track to play in Sunday's matchup with the Bears. Ansah already has 11 tackles and 2.5 sacks through the first three weeks.

Milliner was injured during practice this week and is considered day to day. Darrin Walls will start opposite Antonio Cromartie, with Kyle Wilson playing the slot in sub-packages.

If he ever gets his head straight he could be very good in a Luck offense.

Eric Fisher - T - Chiefs

Chiefs RT Eric Fisher sustained a concussion during Sunday's Week 4 win over the Giants.

Fisher, the No. 1 overall pick in this year's draft, left in the first half and was replaced by Donald Stephenson. The Chiefs didn't miss Fisher, outscoring the Giants 21-0 in the second half.

Marlon Brown - WR - Ravens

Ravens WR Marlon Brown sustained a thigh injury during Sunday's loss to the Bills.

Brown did most of his damage in the first half, working over Justin Rogers for a 4/34/1 line. Perhaps he slowed down in the second half due to this muscle strain. With Deonte Thompson nursing a concussion and Brandon Stokley dealing with a groin injury, the Ravens are incredibly thin at wideout.

Ugh:

The 49ers made a miscalculation with their decision to waive rookie cornerback Marcus Cooper. They wanted to bring him back to the practice squad. Instead, the Chiefs claimed Cooper off waivers.

Now, Cooper (6 foot 2) is the Chiefs’ No. 3 cornerback. On Sunday, he broke up two passes – a deep route intended for Rueben Randle and a short pass for Hakeem Nicks.

But, remember, we signed Marecic. All is well.
