To win the B-one-G regular season title they must sweep the Michigan series (3-0), have Ohio St only win 2 out of 3 in their home series w/ Indiana, and have Minnesota lose one in it's home series w/ Illinois.

For Nebraska to end up +.500 on the regular season they must beat Creighton in Omaha tomorrow night and sweep Michigan this weekend.

The reason Minnesota has 3 less conference games is because their series with Michigan St last month was cancelled due to weather.

Huskers lost both of their home series w/ Indiana and Ohio St so they would lose any tie-breaker.

Soooo...The Huskers lost their home series opener against Michigan last night. With just the two series games remaining they will finish the regular season sub .500

They best they can do in conference is probably 3rd if they win the last two. If not they could finish as low as 5th or 6th.

I know it won't happen, but Eichorst needs to pay the big bucks ($750,000) and go after a mid major coach that has been consistent, has some good rpi wins, makes a good showing in regionals or makes the super regionals.

The coaching for peanuts because I was a great ball player and don't need the money 'experiment' needs to end.
