2013 Flyers Game Summaries

Yep and yep but Bryz has to be able to stop at least one breakaway once in a while to bail out the team. I'm not ragging on him as he's been their best player of late but a save their would have most likely won the game...you need your starter to do that once in a while. They just need to give him more work on breakaways especially with the fucking shootouts being so critical these days.

Couturier is too smart to make that mistake again I hope that its ingrained in his brain from this day forward....

On a good note Gervais has stepped up looked fantastic. If he can progress he may take over Carles role but at worst a solid 5 dman. Too bad Bourdon and Gusty got hurt or this D would be very solid....

I'd certainly love it if Bryz could stop a breakaway there, but he's probably been our best player all season. Can't blame him for a 2.31 GAA and save percentage of .918. The rest of the team needs to not GIVE UP breakaways all the time, and really, they need to score more. And not get elbowed. Fucking hell, Erskine, you aren't a dirty player but that was a dirty play.

Bryz was great. Luke was awful, and Voracek continued playing like shit.

We are 1 game further away from Seth Jones. Phenomenal.

He landed one big one, and a few jabs, then another decent one and Harrison lost his balance and went down. It was a real quick fight

The funny (and scary) part was that as Harrison fell, he was still holding onto Sestito's jersey, and he ended up flipping Sestito over him like a judo throw. Sestito appeared to be okay, which is why it's funnier than scary, but he almost landed on his head.

Excellent performance tonight. Hats off to Bryzy, Timmonen, Sestito. Damn my heart was pounding. Props to Talbot for drawing Lecavalier into a fight at the end. That was huge.

Hats off to the whole team. I could probably find something positive to say about everyone. Only negative was gervais' brain fart 'coverage', but aside from that I thought he had a really good game too

Massive that they responded after the TB goal and came out with a W. a loss there would e been a back breaker I think.

Tooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Bryz starting to carry this team on his back loving it. Not sure what Bruno was thinking but otherwise agreed he had a great game too. G played great defensively just needs a few more offensive breaks so I don't lose my nails...

he actually did come back.

they say that rinaldo was making a statement because crom was pestering/slashing/jawing with giroux the whole game last time. i think rinaldo go the point across. would have liked to see sestito go with labrier too.

also lecavalier is a punk, and by doing what he did opens the door for whatever the flyers feel is sufficient a retaliation. one thing to hit a guy on the way down, another to hit a guy when he is on the ice, gutless.
