Rumors have Elvis headlining the deal for Upton in the offseason.

I just went through the ESPN "expert" MLB picks. I don't remember noticing this before, but the only person to have the Rangers completely miss the playoffs is Francona. Eveyrone else at least had us as WC.

That surprises me with him. Francona has always been very complimentary of Texas.

That is what I thought when I listen to him on TV. Maybe he just got caught up in the Angels hype, couldn't distance from BOS, and loves TPA that much?

Am actually kind of surprised they didn't wait until 1 Sep to activate Koji so TBR didn't get a chance to see him. That would have kept Scheppers playoff eligible.
