What a beauty of a lineup...

Kinsler 2B
Young 1B :ballchain: (and in the 2-hole... ugh)
Hamilton CF
Beltre 3B
Cruz RF
Murphy LF
Torrealba C
Gonzalez SS
Darvish P

Great. We've got the GIDP king hitting second. Can't see anything bad happening there. Hopefully Darvidh brought his A game. Hopefully Murphy stays hot.

ESPN MLB Scott Feldman unhappy about bullpen return

Feldmans being a bitch about his return to the bullpen. Maybe if you didn't suck in all but one of your starts (which was in the biggest NL pitchers park against the worst offense in baseball) you might not have been booted to the bullpen. You don't like going to the bullpen? Wait around. You might not be with the organization at all.

Scott Feldman knew that He would be ruturning to Long Relief. Can't believe He is so surprised. Holland will be back shortly as well.

Basically he's mad about losing 1 start to Grimm, b/c by the next turn, Holland should be ready, so... I don't get what his beef is, pitch better and that wouldn't have happened, 1 good start doesn't make up for a string of mediocre to terrible starts

Grimm is part of the future, Feldman is not... sorry about your bad luck

Think this is bad? The day is fast approaching when Michael Young's glove becomes his upside. We haven't seen any bitching yet.

Considering that he is still banking on one good season, no reason that he shouldn't count one start as justification for Ace status.
He needs to be in the pen because he is good one time through the lineup. After that his mediocre stuff just gets killed.

Plan of moving him back and using Grimm one more time makes best sense 'operationally'. Using Grimm saves an SP arm ... even if he only puts in 4+ innings. If Feldman were used there isn't as much behind him as there would be behind Grimm. Think TEX would prefer using Grimm than rushing Holland back ... and in any case it rests the rest of the guys.

Feldman should realize all this ... and recognize his value on the pitching staff is analogous to Young's as a position player.

All I know is josh needs to get the movie thing out of his head and start thinking about baseball again. In the month of June he's hitting .217 with 7 RBI. That's not going to get it done.
