THE 1st ANNUAL 2010 HOOKIES - SportsHoopla HOCKEY POSTER AWARDS
First off, thanks to all who voted. We had about 25 voters in all, so not a bad turnout. Sadly, my laptop charger was literally "on fire" tonight, so I'm announcing these early while they are relatively fresh in my memory (and may not be by Sunday) since they are all on an Excel sheet on said laptop. I was only going to announce 3 nominees, but multiple categories had multiple posters tied for 3rd and I couldn't fully remember the top 3, so these are top 3 + very close. They may be paired down on when the awards are announced, those there were several ties for 3rd. Roughly 50 different posters all got votes, so congrats to all for a lot of respect and admiration from your fellow posters.
Awards ceremony is on Tuesday at 8pm barring further laptop disaster. And if you don't see your name, tune in any way b/c it's possible I missed one or two on here and you were actually nominated.
