True. Although LSU isn't an offensive juggernaut and MSU is surprisingly bad this year.

1st and goal at the 6 in overtime to keep the game going...and they didn't get it done...regardless of everything else that happened up to that point...they had a chance and didn't capitalize...so no...you can't blame the refs and consider yourself sane...

Nah, it's not insanity, it's called being a fan.

It's like the OSU fans whining about the overturned fumble in the first half (correct by rule, even if the rule is stupid) and interception at the end of the game (I thought the ball clearly hit the ground and he most definitely bobbled it after it hit the ground).

If Wisconsin had pulled this one out, the melt down from #some# Buckeye fans would have been epic.

Yes, McCarthy and Cryst do seem to share that trait. Frustrating as a fan to watch.

I don't know. Chryst was offensive coordinator for some 70-80 point curb stompings of Big 10 opponents. I don't think he called a conservative game at the end, the plays just didn't work. The Badgers came into the year not ranked and with no expectations. I'm pretty happy with the team. After having played the toughest schedule in the nation the only two losses are by 7 at #4 Michigan and in overtime against #2 Ohio State. This would have been a dream scenario going into the season.

One thing is for sure .... Ohio State will be battle tested before playing Michigan.
I think there's a pretty good chance Ohio State has two Top 15 road wins heading into next week ...

There wasnt clear evidence from the views they had.

Luckily it didnt bite Ohio St in the ass. Seemed like everything went wrong in that game. A good experience game for this very young team
