I would have liked to see whisky try to work the edge on first down.At least get hornibrook in motion. I didn't like the play calling on that final series.

Chryst definitely needed to mix it up. Use Peavy on sweeps etc. I know Hornibrook kinda sucks but you have to somewhat trust him as well.

They've been working the edge all game. The backup Shaw at RB has some wheels to do it consistently. Even though Hornibrook is as slow as molasis, I feel like a fake handoff rollout he would've walked for the score. It is what it is. We're a young team and still have a chance to make it back into the top ten even with 2 losses. With a win over Nebraska and win the BIG champ game. Many things have to happen for us but I think the combination of this team improving offensively and the defense getting healthy we will be tough to beat. I can't take these close loses anymore.
