I think we'll win this one at home. If the game was at Mich State, I'd probably think differently.

It's going to depend on how improved our defense really is.. Getting Dennard back 100% (which he wasn't until tOSU) and finding a quality #2 corner can possibly make a huge difference in our D play.

State in a close one.

I think State with one of their best defenders returning will be tough and they got threats in the Passing AND Running game.

11AM kick probably kills alot of the "Crowd Noise" factor as well.

This is a much more experience State team than the one that got slaughtered by Iowa and Bama away from home last year.

Feels A LOT like when we played Missouri last year after they beat Oklahoma.

Not that it really means anything, and I don't think we'll come out and absolutely dominate, but some of the parallels are interesting.

I like the Huskers in a close one. So tough to come back after a HUGE win and get amped to play another game. Add to that the fact that the game is in Lincoln and I think Nebraska squeaks one out.

This is crap in my opinion...^(bolded above)^...

MSU has got up 3 weeks in a row; Ohio State, Mich, Wisc... and now comes the Nebraska game. I suspect they were amped up :confused2: as you call it for all previous games... best team typically will find ways to win unless injuries occured in previous games. If we were at the end of the season, I would say that fatigue can cause some of what you may be saying, but mid way... these kids still have a lot of gas in the tanks!

I would say the game being in Lincoln makes a huge difference. I see it being close with Nebraska stopping a late comeback (or MSU just runs out of time)

I had to pick NU of course, in a close game, could be a Sparty win just as easy. States D is a huge plus for them

You have no defense to stop Spartys run game. Cousin's will also be able to throw all day long on your DBs. I just dont see any way you can stop Michigan State. They have a better defense and offense than TOSU who took you to the 5 minute mark. Hell, they just beat Wisconsin who took you to the woodshed.
