Yes. I am not sure I gave said it in the first half of too many games. UMass and Navy probably. It's born of the fact that they've knocked their enemy down and they don't go for the death blow. It pisses me off every time.

Torii Hunter has been playing Nickel. I don't think he'll play field corner, which was Russell's position. I think Butler will play Russell's position and may get spelled by Watkins. Tori will probably rotate with Farley at nickel.

One positive take away from this game was how well they moved the ball against the #1 defense in the country. However they got sloppy when it came time to finish drives and they've done that a bit this year so at some point you would like to see them clean that up. As good as Stanford is their defense isn't as good as BC's but their offense is much better so they can't turn the ball over and win next weekend. I wasn't happy with how they played and all the turnovers but Fuller dropped several passes that would have iced the game and he needs to do better.

I'd expect Stanford to allow us to move the ball between the 20's and clamp down in the RZ. We'd better either hit some big plays or fix the RZ offense. I'm less confident in the latter

Ball security is a big thing Notre Dame should have at least gotten 9 points in on those red zone turnover drives and another 6 or 7 on that one dropped pass by Fuller when he had everyone beat. If they had put up 35 against BC no one would be complaining hell I would have been happy with 26.

26-9 would have matched their largest margin of loss 34-17 to Clemson but some of those were defensive scores. 26 pets would have been the most offensive points given up.

I kind of forgot about this past game. This weekend is big.

Just to make it easy a blow out would be great. Overall I will take any win.
