We did ourselves no favors today. Absolutely the sloppiest game of the year. 5 turnovers, I think 3 of them in the redzone. Prosise and Adams both fumble, Kizer throws 3 INTs. Fuller had 3 dropped passes, one would have been a TD.

Prosise goes out with an ankle injury, and Russell goes out with an injury late in the game. Not looking good for the showdown with Stanford.

We out gained BC, 447 to 302. 80 of those 302 yards came on one play. Defense looked good, although they should have since BC's offense is awful. Notre Dame's Offense was able to move the ball, but the turnovers killed us, and kept this game closer than it should have been.

Disappointed, frustrated, Pissed off: feel free to add anymore words for how you felt tonight.

The only positive; OSU lost and OSU lost. Even if we get jumped by Iowa, we're still in for a week. Baylor may creep back a tad and Oklahoma might creep too but we should still be Top4.

Though I wouldn't be surprised if we went to #5. Maybe then they'd play a game with some urgency.

Happy to make it to a 10 win season. Wish we had more consistency in that dept. other than that, nothing to like about this game at all. They're lucky OSU and Ok St went down. OU may yet bail us out too (TCU down 7 right now). But they better get their shut wired right next week. Haven't won in Palo Alto in a while.

Procise had a high ankle sprain. Doubtful for next week. Word on Russell is stress fractures also likely out next week.

I hope Adams and Williams can handle the blitz. Otherwise not worried about their play.

If Butler is Russelk's replacement I'll be concerned although he had a pretty solid game against them last year. Butler's not a press corner like Russell. Hopefully Watkins can step up.

No Prosise & Russell, coupled with all the other injuries, and the way this team isn't prepared ... like jjc said, I'm just hoping we don't get embarrassed next week.

IF we can somehow survive a win next week, I've already seen some writing on the walls with Iowa & Oklahoma getting the nod ahead of us, if they win out. I could understand the Iowa (being unbeaten), but that common opponent loss (Texas) with OU really sticks in my craw. We destroyed UT, while OU lost to them.

There is a part of me that doesn't even want to see us get in the playoffs the way we've played of late. It's been sort of embarrassing. It doesn't mean I don't root for Notre Dame I just don't see a championship level team right now. I seriously question if our best will be good enough right now.
