Neuvy got it done tonight, got to give him credit, especially in the 3rd period, OT and the shootout. We got two points the hard way, but it's also really great to see Nolan Patrick show off his skills for the game winner. Hopefully that injects some confidence into his game moving forward, because he needs it. I mean this kid is a much better player than he has shown so far this season, we all know that, so I am proud of him in this moment.

I'm not overly concerned if he's the starter, especially when Elliott returns, I want to see him gain exprience and the team get used to playing with him. I pretty much have given up on this season as far as any kind of cup run. As long as he keeps improving and gaining confidence I'm content with that. He will def be the starter next year IMO so I hope he sees this as a huge opportuniyy znd takes full advantage of it.

I wasn't necessarily saying he would be back up, but with Elliott healthy they can split more of the load so neither gets burned out. Trust me I want to see the kid play lots but not over played. And yes it has been a lot funner.
