They definitely played better. I noticed the changes seemed to have worked. I don't like G and Jake on the same line anymore. Seems like Provy and Ghost same thing. Spread out the talent...

I liked the changes myself and i think Patrick coming back did wonders for our team defense

MUCH better game on Saturday. If they can string a couple games like that together I think we'll all rest easier.

Team defense, much better all around game. Forget a couple of games like that id like to see a 10 game winning steak.

Prov 2 assts plus 2 and 4 blocked shots
Lehtera 1 assts plus 1 and 2 hits (This is standing out for him)

Faceoffs in general was pretty impressive. 44-16. That's crazy.

Major advantage in shot attempts too, flyers had 60%. Weal/Konecny/Lindblom line was all over 85%. 16 shot attempts for, only 2 against, with Konecny on the ice. That's pure domination from that line.

The game on Saturday was so enjoyable to watch. I hope the boys keep it rolling tonight and not ruin my good feeling about this squad.

Damn. This is gonna be a very tough game to win tonight vs the Avs and that scoring they have. I think the Flyers will be competitive in this game, but probably not good enough imo. My gut thinks Avs win 4-3. I hope I am wrong of course.
