@WiggyRuss

Finals game 1 on the line.
Cavs have the ball.
Down 2.
They decide to go for the win.
Love open on one side, Korver on the other.
James gets to pick one.
Who do you want to see take the shot?

Wonder why?
The way he's played, Rodney Hood and garbage go hand in hand in the same sentence.

Also, remember a couple weeks back when you were ripping 'Coach' Lue for being clueless and his rotations?

You really think he's gotten smarter since then?

Lue should thank his lucky stars that he's got Lebron. Lebron's masking so many deficiencies on Lue's coaching.

Having said that, I'm very intrigued to see how he's going to do in a 7-game series coaching against Stevens.

you think it goes 7 against Boston?

I am kinda thinking 6 since the Cavs would have a chance to close it out in 6 at home.

I agree. 6.
Cavs win 1 in Boston.
I doubt Boston win in Cleveland.

I mean, Irving played 60 games. His average the 3 seasons prior was 66 games/yr.

I think Quinn's gotta be the fave.

Won't argue that. My argument for Stevens is a lot of people thought the Celtics would fall off considering Heyward snapped his ankle 5 minutes into the season. But as you mentioned, I'd have zero issue with Quinn considering what he did in a significantly tougher conference.

I get what you’re saying though. I think people just saw Hayward as an “icing on the cake” kinda deal in Boston considering how good they already were (and better they got with Kyrie and not to mention Tatum) whereas him leaving Utah was supposed to sink them into the abyss of the Brooklyn Nets.

I just checked 5 WWW sites for who they think will win COY.

Two picked Stevens (Casey was either 2nd/3rd for both of those)
Two picked Casey (including ESPN)
One said either Casey or Brown

probabl the best 3 pt shooter in NBA history % wise.

So you’re taking Korver over Love.

Lets say James is wide open.
You want him to take the shot, or Korver?

@WiggyRuss Where do you think he will be?
It still depends on so many things....

but right now after last nights game:

Cleveland 50%

Philly 25%

LA 20%

Houston 5%

so many things can change--- if the Cavs beat the Celtics, how they do in the finals if they beat the Celtics, what their lotto pick comes in at, if they can trade their lotto pick for a star, if philly decides to go after LeBron or a better fit like PG or Kawhi, what LA does, etc.....still so much to be decided between the playoffs and the lotto.

Korver of course- Korver is the best 3 pt shooter % wise in NBA history- i dont know if id take anyone over taking the shot over Korver if hes open. Ddue just shot almost 60% from 3 in that series.

He *may* win it. But again, what Stevens and Quinn have done this year, as well as whom are the more quality coaches - Casey shouldn't really even be in the discussion.

Yeah, you've solidified me on the Quinn bandwagon.
