He's the real leader of this team.......I heard in ST, he made all the young pitchers sit down and watch Tanakas' Bullpen Sessions (prob not the best idea this season), but he is always talking to the young guys in the dugout......Ive become a huge fan of his as the years have passed

I think he's way overrated. Beyond injury concerns, all A's pitchers are overrated. That park and it's ridiculous foul territory turn tons of out-of-play foul balls into outs.
