That's a powerful lineup that Kershaw has to contend with...I think he's fucked.

Anybody know the latest on Sanchez? He's obviously ok enough to start, but what exactly happened when he had to sit out yesterday?

Why is Nate not given more opportunity? He has pretty much raked every time he has played this year, AND he offers AT LEAST equal D to RoRo.

I see Burrell as a wash. He is TOP, which is a general +, and he pretty much gobbles up anything he gets to, but his range is that of a flagpole. Fun to see him in there, though, because you know he is here for the right reason (he loves the G's, and he EARNED any extra money he gets from the org after last year whereas DeRo and RoRo are still collecting over there contribution levels).

I am getting to the point where I expect DeRo to be DFA'd before the ASB. When Panda gets back, if he has not shown a serious improvement, there is little/no reason to keep him around (DFA == 60 day DL, which may be a better solution since apparently he is very good in the clubhouse)

Aubrey Huff said he hasn't been asked about 3B. Said he could get ready with a week of work. The throw is hardest part.

Swollen knee. Not sure if it's the knee that had surgery in 2009.

My pet theory, for now, is they are going to sit Nate against tough pitchers, start him against hacks in hopes of getting his numbers up.

Thanks, he's a very underrated part of this team. He needs to stay healthy.

That makes perfect sense, but I don't think that could raise his trade value too much with how long he's been in the bigs.

It's time for Tejada and DeRosa to contribute.

Am I crazy for wanting to see Derosa drop down a suicide squeeze here?
