If they are replacing someone who goes on the the DL, the 10-day rule is waived. If not, they are eligible to play on Friday, anyway, so I doubt there will be an issue IF one of them is the one called up.

However...

If Gillaspie's injury is minor (I have not heard how serious it was, but apparently he got spiked by the runner at 3B), I think he is the front-runner.
