Yes I get that the Saints get Brees back but for as long as he is out it could seriously hurt the Saints chances to get into the play offs let alone the Super Bowl

Again, that’s the conservative timeline. Just like hunter Henry’s. I’ll be shocked if Henry’s back in his timeline. Hand ligaments are tricky. The press reports r false at times.Clearly the Steelers.
One QB is out for the season. The other is out 6 g ames
He's better than a good number of starters around the league imo.People are basically judging Teddy because he was thrown in the game with basically no practice reps with the 1's on the road against one of the best teams in football lmao.
You guys can't possibly be this silly.
Damn near every backup will fail in that situation.

Yes I know they have a bye.

I can't remember everyone else so I am sorry about that
I'd also add that the Saints have a stronger, more balanced offense as well.Short-term, Steelers.
Long-term there's some upside, though. Either Rudolph plays well and he's the future or he doesn't and they don't waste any future time wondering if he's their guy.
I'm not even sure the Saints are that screwed. Brees will be back, Bridgewater is better than a handful of starting QBs and the NFC South doesn't look particularly strong this year.
Shagster how's it hanging?
Saints just have to win the division. Just get in the dance.
Do me a favor and look at the Colts, Panthers, and Bucs schedule in the 6 weeks that Drew is scheduled to be out.
I'll be shocked if any of those teams are better than 4-4. Best case scenario is 5-3.
Long and to the left!
No I’m telling u 6 weeks is conservative. As in if an injury is labeled 6-9 weeks. They report 6 and ur running with it. I’m also saying that the hand is a super complex structure of a ton of tiny bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons, nerves. Hence y there are hand specialists, hand therapists etc. I’m also suggesting that not everything goes according to plan. That when it comes to injuries the public are blind sheep following media reports on injurieS.So a 6 week injury is going to take 9 weeks is what you're telling me now? Got it
And all this talk about him taking longer to recover but not talk that he possibly come back just before the 6 week timetable.
Likely 6 weeks can mean both things. It can a little shorter or a little longer but everyone is being negative and suggesting that even with a bye week, he won't be ready for Atlanta in week 10 lol
Never said they couldn't win the division as anything is possible but it's pretty hard for a team without him since chemistry needs to be put back together... Bridgewater did seem fine but that was for one game.... Can he do it again? will players get upset they aren't getting targets if they would with Brees?

He very Wel May be ready in 6, maybe by Atlanta. But to assume it’s all gonna be perfect, everytime is flat out silly. Guys have cartilage repairs and don’t come back the same. Some have an Achilles and r fine. “Modern medicine”.
