I know you've only got 3 yards to work with, but I still say go hook and lateral. Also, kick the onside kick. If you fall on the ball just right, you might have time for one more hail mary, then you go up 110-0 with a wet ball trick play.

Wet ball trick play. It's a run. Also called the "wrong ball" trick play. It's almost always used by peewee teams, so would really run it in as you go up 110-0.
